Code of Conduct
Hide Away Founders is a private, women-only community built on trust. This code exists so every member feels safe, respected, and free to share openly.
1. Confidentiality First
What is shared in the community stays in the community. This includes business challenges, personal stories, financial details, and anything discussed during gatherings. Do not share member information, quotes, or stories outside of Hide Away Founders without explicit permission.
2. Women-Only Space
Hide Away Founders is a women-only community. We ask all members to respect the intention of this space and to honor the identity and experiences of every person in the room.
3. No Competing Companies
To preserve trust and open conversation, members running the same company or direct competitors are not invited to the same gatherings. We curate every event carefully to avoid conflicts of interest.
4. Respect and Inclusion
Treat every member with kindness, professionalism, and respect. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, gossip, bullying, or any behavior that makes another member feel unsafe or unwelcome.
5. Show Up Fully
Our gatherings are small and intentional. If you commit to attending, please honor that commitment. Be present, put devices away when asked, and engage with curiosity rather than a sales pitch.
6. No Solicitation
Hide Away Founders is not a marketplace. Do not use the community to sell services, recruit for paid programs, or pitch investors unless explicitly invited to do so by the group or host.
7. Report Concerns
If you experience or witness behavior that violates this code, please reach out to the Hide Away Founders team directly. We take every concern seriously and will handle it with discretion.
By applying to and participating in Hide Away Founders, you agree to uphold this code. Violations may result in removal from the community.
